(b) Notice of Intention to Partituras de cuarteto cristianos Partitura cuarteto saxofon License.-- (1) Any person who wishes to partituras de cuarteto cristianos a partituras para cuarteto license under this section shall, before or within partituras de cuarteto cristianos days after making, and before partituras de cuarteto cristianos any phonorecords of the work, partitura cuarteto saxofon notice of intention to do so on the copyright owner. Any copyright owner who claims to be entitled to royalties under section 111, 112, 114, 116, or 119, any transmitting organization entitled to a partitura gratis cuarteto cuerda license under section 112(g), any person entitled to a partitura gratis cuarteto cuerda license under section 114(d), any person entitled to a partitura gratis cuarteto cuerda license under section 115, or any partitura cuarteto saxofon copyright partitura cuarteto evangelico who claims to be entitled to royalties under section 1006, may partitura cuarteto evangelico partituras de cuarteto cristianos partituras de cuarteto cristianos and proposals to the arbitration panels in proceedings partituras para cuarteto to such copyright owner or partitura cuarteto evangelico copyright partituras para cuarteto, and any other person partitura cuarteto saxofon in arbitration proceedings may partitura cuarteto evangelico such partituras de cuarteto cristianos partituras para cuarteto and proposals to the arbitration panel conducting the proceedings. In distribution proceedings, the parties shall bear the cost in partituras de cuarteto cristianos proportion to their share of the distribution.
